Crypto lawyer sues US gov to reveal Bitcoin creator’s identity
Crypto lawyer James A. Murphy, recognized on-line as “MetaLawMan,” has filed a lawsuit towards the U.S. Division of Homeland Safety.
This lawsuit seeks paperwork that will disclose the id of Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin (BTC).
Filed in a D.C. District Courtroom, the lawsuit follows a 2019 assertion by DHS Particular Agent Rana Saoud, who claimed the company had recognized and interviewed 4 people behind Bitcoin at a convention in California.
